Autumn...

is well and truly here!  I went for a walk this morning at a nearby park.  It was a bit chilly but quite beautiful in the morning light!

I got the terrible news this morning that some of my colleagues in Zambia were travelling in a vehicle which had a blow out in one of the tyres.  The vehicle flipped over and killed a cyclist, one passenger has a broken leg and arm and the others are all injured.  Travelling on the roads in Zambia can be challenging especially when vehicles are not well maintained!
