Hunter Moon

Photographing the Moon is easy enough but trying to put it in the real landscape was beyond me tonight.    I wanted the planet (Venus?  Nope it’s Jupiter!) the trees, the sailboat with anchor light and it’s reflection and the moon’s reflection….but couldn’t make it work even with brackets so you get something more playful and magical.    Another in the extra… you can see it coming up.... I'll work on it for real next month.    The Hunter's moon is the fall moon that signals time to hunt by it's light to prepare for the winter.
It was another beautiful day.  Steve and Colleen came over for drinks and goodies and chat on the deck.  We’re packing up to leave tomorrow…
