Rice pudding

I went for my booster moderna and a flu jab today. I donned a mask as I joined the short queue, feeling foolish as no one else was wearing one I had removed it by the time I reached the check-in desk. How times have changed! Very efficient procedure, In and out in 10 minutes.

This evening we went into town with friends L&H (L’s birthday) to eat at Comptoir Lebanais in the Trinity centre. I can't remember the last time I was in Leeds at 8pm on a Saturday night, lots of young people hanging out, having fun, a buzzy vibe.

On our way home at 10pm we ran into a much older crowd streaming away from the James Taylor concert at the Arena.

The moon was big & bright in the sky.
