Flossmo

Bottle

It's been a much more calm and quiet day today. Little Sky is doing really well. She seems to have accepted the collar and not being allowed out and has spent the day sitting with one or other of us lapping up the attention she is getting. The only trauma has been giving her her medication. She has such determination. She clamps her jaws firmly shut and it's a real battle to get the antibiotic tablet in. The pain relief is easier. It's a liquid to be given in a syringe. I have found that if I drip a little on a Dreamy treat so that it soaks in it goes down without a problem. A bit slow and costly in Dreamies but much less stressful.

Whilst little one was at the vet's yesterday Mr Flossmo and I did another tour of the bathroom showroom and honed our ideas further. Today with sat with brochures and price lists and started to itemise all the components for the refit. Tedious but I think we are getting quite close.

The rest of the day was taken with routine housework. The photograph is of a bottle that sits on the mantelpiece. I always love the red light that gets cast on the chimney breast by the early morning sun. Unfortunately today  it also revealed how dusty everything is so that set the housework in motion.
