The White Elephant.

This is not quite Urban Decay but if something isn’t done soon it will be.
This is Ocean Terminal at Leith which was opened in 2001.
This place is now a bit of a ghost shopping mall with dozens of empty premises on site. There are plans to demolish part of it and spend £100 million on creating a new community-led complex. All I can say is best of luck.
