Glires

I learned something new, but unsurprising, on trying to find a link between Thurdsay's rat and today's rabbit (we'll forget about the cow inbetween). Rodents and lagomorphs are grouped (as they once were) under the superorder Glires. The nomencalture is certainly new to me. Anyway, the link has been found. The wonder of Wikipedia!

This little critter was happily chewing grass right next to the skate park full of teenagers on skateboards, scooters and BMX's. You see, teenagers can't be all that bad.
