Plan B

Watched a presentation by Bill Ward on photographing water last night & was impressed by some of the simple but very effective patterns. We went for a run in the forest at Brandon this morning & I thought I'd have a look for some reflections & ripples with my phone on the little lake in the country park. Unfortunately, by the time we got back the sky had turned from blue & sunny to dark grey so the water surface just looked green/grey & miserable - BUT - there was a colourful plant alongside it so I made the best of things & took a few shots of its leaves to make a collage. It's apparently called Darmera peltata, or umbrella plant.
