After a busy day and first part of the evening, Hector and I are now catching up on Bake Off (we’re only on episode 2). I’m excited to see that the technical challenge is to make chocolate-covered garibaldi biscuits - something I remember fondly from my childhood and often lament the absence of in the shops these days. I must
get the recipe!
