Rest

Today has been slow, lazy, and tasty. I ate creeps with lemon juice and sugar.
My cat Cecil and dog Molly cuddle together on the couch. I watch avatar with Rachael and Rachel. Debating with the negative vice inside my head.
Don't be too hard on yourself, build yourself up, love yourself.
