Back Door Leaves ...

... captured from the steps at 4 pm this afternoon.  I find the color quite mesmerizing--it captures the very essence of the fall season. Marylee and I took our daily walks together, this afternoon around the Market/Union Streets block.  This morning we had our covid bivalent booster shots at a Walgreen's in Florence--the first time we've been there (and the only location which we could schedule soon).  As I write, I realize that my shot (in my right arm) is quite painful, which is unusual for me.  But I should manage to sleep comfortably on my left side.  (if there's a problem, I'll report  :)
