In related news, we got our internet upgraded to fibre yesterday and fixed today from wireless broadband. The plus points are it is faster, cheaper and we still have the wireless as backup. Win win win?

It is amazing that all this money is spent to roll out fibre, along roads and up our farm track and the actual optical cable is just a few mm wide.
