And relax

We decided to have a relaxing day. This involved a mile return up to the shop for some supplies then a relax by the pool reading and swimming till it was time for a massage.

Last night we had a wonderful meal at Country Terrace up the road. The maitre de (from Gozo) had done a hospitality degree at Napier. Jenny and I shared a starter of asparagus and Brie then she had boar ravioli and I had a sheep’s cheese one with pistachios and pine nuts. Very oily but delicious. The Napier guy gave us digestifs on the house so we fairly bowled down the road. Tonight we’ll go to a cheaply Sicilian down the hill. The food here has been delicious.

It’s a struggle to get the hotel WiFi so I’ve given up looking at journals or trying to comment as it keeping crashing.
