On the plans showing the proposed changes to the Ocean Terminal area, there are things labelled "carbon-focussed edges", which would seem to be referring to the raised bed things with a few straggly plants in. After popping for a 'flu jab I tentatively ventured homewards north and east, finding that it is finally possible to walk and cycle through to Constitution St, albeit with a few twists and bends, which is still better than Commercial St.
