Chamisa mountain

First time hiking with the new gear, so to speak. It seems to be working better than ever, but I did not go for record elevations, though my mood was indeed elevated by the scenery.

* First time hiking on Embudito Trail, which invites further exploration.
* The views...seeing the chamisa bloom through the valley (extra).
* Hearing the musician play his recorder on the next ridge over.

* Seafood gumbo
