Take one large baking potato and cut it as thinly as you can without going all the way through. Drizzle it with olive oil, opening it up as you can. Sprinkle with course salt and lay a strip of butter over the top.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until soft all the way through.

Devour.
