The Corner Shop

The second sunny, spring-like day in a row. I wandered through the Golden Triangle, taking photos of brightly-coloured buildings.

This place was probably once a real corner shop, one that no one in old working-class Alexandria could have imagined would one day be “a curated space for all things design”.

A quiet night in with a new history of tourism beckons.
