Full house!

It was really busy at the coffee and butty morning at the hall. It's always called a 'coffee morning' but we always serve far more tea! Someone remarked today that there was no better community than ours in the Dale, despite the fact we are the smallest. It is always well attended and not just by our local villagers but those from round and about. It's always a fun and happy place to be on a Saturday morning. So much chatter and obvious enjoyment of life. Our takings were over £150 and when you consider it's only 50p for a drink and £1.50 for a bacon butty, that's quite a few people passing through the doors and sharing the morning. Always a joyous occasion.
