New Hope

Up in Retford today for a catch up with one of my team.  His next step will be a training course that gives him a quality H&S qualification.

Travelled up to Scunthorpe then to meet my new H&S Manager.  Had a really positive chat, he's competent and is definitely looking at the future, which will be a nice change after a year and a half of mediocrity, and that's stretching it.

The joys of a two day SLT meeting now.  Whohoo!  *sarcasm*

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A catch up with one of my team
2.  A catch up with my new H&S Manager, a positive future ahead
