It was a gorgeous morning, the sun shining through the echium leaves looked very dramatic.

Today was getting ready for winter, I moved all the firewood I have collected and prepared to the more accessible position beside my cottage then set about retrieving some of the wood which was brought down by storm Eunice opposite the end of the drive. This won't be able to be burned this winter which is a shame because I'm not sure I have enough.
