Squirrels on the yard

Two squirrels on our yard this afternoon. One in the main blip, both in the extra. They don't usually come to our yard, because it's some distance from contiguous forest and it's risky, when they must travel on the ground, but this was the fifth time in a week that I have seen them.

Another occurrence of wildlife on the yard are the roe deer. A few sightings of them also within a week, but in dark or near dark. It seems that when you go out with a torch, 2-4 pairs of eyes will look back from the garden or the field next to the yard. We have had hoofprints on the yard before and some sightings of them near the yard, but not like this. Jussi actually managed to get a shot of one standing a few metres from the house through a window this evening. They are really becoming too daring.

I tried to fix the pipeline from the mill to the flour bin, but found more worn out parts. I took dad to dentist's appointment in the afternoon and bought another part while waiting for him, but later discovered that the new pipe curve can't be fitted with the old clamps. It was difficult to find the curve (smaller diameter than the sizes typically used for grain), so it may be even harder to find new clamps, and I should get it all back together in a few days.
