Fallen

Tired today, but decided to do Pilates at lunchtime anyway.  Our lovely teacher Bea took it easy on us, as there was only me and Nicola - I told her I wasn't feeling 100% and Nicola is suffering with sciatica - so it was mostly a nice stretching session.

Helped Tim un-plumb our washing machine this evening, and put it outside the front door, ready for collection (and delivery of a new one) tomorrow.  That did me in!
