You can have your cake and eat it!

My father is cutting his own birthday cake for us, a little treat before we go out with the ever increasing family, grand kids and their partners who'll have kids of their own in a few years. It was a great weekend, extra special because Liberation Day (rembrance of the end of WW2) was on a sunday, so my Dad who's birthday is the same date, put out the flag for a double celebration. The war has played a big part in our family and so i'm so grateful we are all together and at peace.
