Elderflower and Bramble Tip Wine

I've been looking to find a wine that I could mix my over-sweet bramble tip wine with, and the very dry elderflower seemed just the thing. So 70% elderflower, 30% bramble tip. It's pretty rough, but I'm hoping a few months will sort that out. Into the cellar it goes...
