Strawberries and cream rose

Bit of a tenuous link here, as I believe a rose of Sharon is actually a weed. Funny I was listening to David Pawson teaching on Song of Solomon while I was cooking a risotto. (Mushroom, lentil and pea as inspired by another blipper yesterday.) And he was talking about this verse.
This gorgeous rose caught my eye on my afternoon walk.
Morning prayer focused on faith, and as Monday was on hope, I guess it’s only right for me to do ‘love’ on Friday!
Spoke to my youngest in Mendozer in Argentina and my eldest in Spain. The little one is getting better but my son-in-law is still very poorly
