Charlie Zygmund Jung is official

We took Charlie to Islington town hall today to register his birth and make him official. We had to go to Islington rather than Haringey as the Whittington Hospital (Charlie's place of birth) is in Islington. We're pretty happy with his cool birth certificate ;)
