Walked to Renew this afternoon, had a relaxing few hours as some of the other ladies took care of L and I got to take part in some creative activities which I haven't done in a while. As a creative person I could feel the creativity pouring out of me, I hadn't realised I had been keeping it all in. This has probably been contributing to the burn out I've been feeling the last few days as I've not been doing enough for 'myself'. Definitely need to change that some how.
