Exceedingly good cakes...

Baking cake today, a recipe called Eve's pudding... diced apple topped with sponge, and raspberries. I was guided by farmingEmma, as my role is usually eating rather than baking, so the cakes turned out most deliciously. Beau was ready to eat some even before they went in the oven.. And so was I!
