Lurgy

Oh oh!  I think I've got the lurgy.

Woke up with a bit of a cough this morning and it has gradually got worse as the day has gone on.

I was up in Stafford today to ensure the pilot for our Samaritans - Making a Suicide Intervention course went well.  Sadly, I would say on a monthly basis, at least one of our crews has to help a vulnerable person who has suicidal thoughts.  The feedback from everyone on the course was really positive and we will be running it as standard from next year.

Managed a late walk around the block.
