Nature watch

Last night, I took Little Dog out for an evening stroll to hooting owls.  I kept walking until I was standing underneath one. Luckily, it was sitting on a branch above a street light and I could just make it out in the rain.  It was calling with another two hooting either side of me. 

This morning, the lovely encounters continued - this time in beautiful sunshine.
