Es Castell, Menorca

The cosy small harbour at the entrance to the very large Mahon harbour is any easy place to like with its numerous small cafes and tourist shops .

It backs on to what was the 18 century British Military Town , still with its parade square , behind the harbour.

And.. it’s a good place to cycle to from where we stay as is much of this islands cycle paths paradise.
