Indian summer

Mr PC asked what would you like to do today, this sent my mind reeling, seascape, forest walk or bird spotting.

I opted for a forest walk and bird spotting, sadly my poor hips are not up to much walking so we drove to forge valley where we spotted some lovely fungi.

A woodpecker (didn’t manage a good shot) and a long tailed tit obliged us.

We just had a wine club delivery today so I’m just enjoying a nice Chardonnay or two and Mr PC a Portuguese red while we watch  the best of “Cold Play .
