The Wrong Yeast!

I have been baking my own bread for a while now and I have been wondering why it hasn't been rising as well as it should. Today, I realised I was using yeast which needs reactivating in water before adding it to the flour rather than yeast which can be added straight to the flour!

So I bought some of the other type of yeast and.....VOILA!!!!!
