Satisfaction

I spent the morning making green tomato chutney.

I intend to keep this lot for Christmas, for those many turkey sandwiches that get made by me and the family between Boxing Day and New Year.

I find this type of activity really satisfying and relaxing - especially as was raining cat and dogs outside.
