Those roses again

Backblipped on Monday for Saturday. After strong winds last week a long stem of roses had broken off and was lying on the path. A shame as there were still several buds ready to bloom.  This is the only stem left now so decided to make it my blip as heavy rain will probably decimate the flowers.  The scent is gorgeous.  This plant normally flowers until Christmas, but sadly I don't think it will last that long this year. Out to Churches Together Quiz this evening - very busy, but a fun night and we didn't disgrace ourselves.  The usual very clever team won, but it was on a tie breaker.
