Happy Diwali 

I was volunteering at CHAS Robin House today and was greeted with "Happy Diwali" and given a wee gift bag. The activities team are very good at recognising and celebrating all kinds of events. 

Interesting to acknowledge other cultures important events and to understand a wee bit more about them but has anyone thought how coincidental it is that a practicing Hindu has become PM on Diwali ? No mention of that on the Beeb yet.
