The moon in Lichfield Cathedral.

I had a trip to the Garden Centre this morning to stock up on bird food. The feeders needed refilling after we got back from Cornwall.
It has been a very mild day.
Stephen suggested a trip to Lichfield after lunch and we enjoyed a coffee in the Minster Coffee Shop, which is opposite the cathedral, followed by a visit to see the art installation of the moon. It measures seven metres in diameter, and features detailed images of the surface by NASA. Each centimetre of the internally lit sculpture, represents 5kms of the actual surface.
It is very impressive!
