A Royal Visit

Had a hospital appointment today, - another check up on my lip. I wouldn’t say I was treated as royally as the Prince of Wales in the 1930s but I can’t fault the service, the care, and my treatment. It was excellent, and apparently my lip is behaving as ‘good as gold’. Very grateful. Am I just lucky? These huge photos are courtesy of the Museum and are spread throughout the town illustrating historic events. This one is by the lift entrance in Torbay Hospital. It was in the 1930s that Hengrave House and related land were given to the hospital, enabling it to grow.
