Including their building in the Blip gives me the opportunity to have a moan about them.   Seven months after moving house still haven't got things sorted with them.  Some progress made along the way - took ages to get the account set up properly - but still issues with the meter and readings. 

But the worst thing is getting to actually speak to them.  Spent the last three days being repeatedly told all their agents are busy dealing with other Customers.  Rant over for now.
