It Started Down Under

Trees

Today was a day full of trees. First we departed from our motel in Pemberton to the Gloucester Tree. I climbed it all the way to the top (62metres). One of the other people that did the dangerous climb took a picture of me.

Afterwards we walked around to see more of the big trees and beautiful birds. Then we visited the Bicentennial Tree, and next the treetopwalk in the Valley of the Giants near Walpole.

There were even trees there that you could walk through because of funghi and insects that had eaten the bottoms away. Then we visited the Elephant Rocks (a natural rock formation in the shape of a herd of elephants).

That was todays day.
