West Cumbria

This photo shows what the weather was like today.  This was mid morning and it hasn't got much better.  This view isn't far from me.  The Lake District as a whole starts where the distance Fells (mountains) are. The land between them and the sea is strictly not the LD, but it does have a 'magic' of its own.  Small villages, farms and single houses dot the landscape.  Along with this fields are never large, bounded by hedges and copses spread around them.  In some places there is rough pasture like that near the middle ground.  Not a lake, river or Fell like previous LD photos, but I hope you like this one too.
