Fairy caps

Pants day today.

We had a puncture in the middle of nowhere on the way to a photoshoot in the woods.

My RAC app is in the Cloud and I had no internet connection. Texted a neighbour to look up their breakdown number for me. Rang RAC. New operator, thick as two short planks, and had to repeat our position 5 times: this included What 3Words, name of the road we were on, which village we had come from, which village we were heading towards, the fields to the left and right of us and which one had sheep in it!!

In the meantime a text arrived from a fellow photographer wondering where we had got to. Texted back about puncture on the B road we were on and 5 minutes later he was at the roadside with us, helping us to change the tyre.

Cancelled RAC.

Arrived at wood one hour late, not bad all things considered. Had taken an old camera with a macro lens on it. You’ve guessed - camera threw a wobbly and wouldn’t work for me.
