Thru a photographer's eye

Entranceway

Yesterday I noticed mid-morning sunlight illuminating the trees in the background, looking from the alternative entranceway (off the main road, the other side) to our local park.

Autumn is setting in slowly this year; October's temperatures are still at record highs. Those leaves that have fallen have done so, probably more due to drought than overnight chills.

All that methane or butane released into the atmosphere from the hundreds of kilometres of NordStream gas piping under the Black Sea won't have helped – at all. Don't you just wish some greater power would, as it were, bang humanity's heads together?
