Tiny obsidian skull

I'm back home now and trying to put myself together again.

Most people know the demon that sometimes plagues me when I'm away from home and my anxiety is bad (I've been quite open about it in my journal this year). Takes me a while to unravel the spiral and get back on track. At the moment I feel very tired, unwell and low but it will pass.

The tiny crystal skull arrived while I was away. It's sweet.
