Streeeeeeetch!

I really like my chiropractor - she is really doing everything to help me while I wait for my orthopaedic appointment!  Between her and my physio, I will be doing ok!  Because the pain is in my hip and groin she has suggested this exercise and another similar one to stretch the Psoas muscle, the Iliacus muscle and the Rectus Femoris muscle.  The exercises are so simple but boy... you can feel it!

She made me take a photo of the page in the book to remind me!

In other news, lunch at a client meeting where they gave me a bottle of Banana Rum as a thank you.  I haven't done an awful lot yet but I was touched!
