A mild day. I went to the huge Westfield shopping mall for the first time in years, to buy boots. It was quiet. Some shops were boarded up, and a large department store had a closing down sale. I was able to make my purchases quickly and got a seat on the bus back, so it was a good trip.
Last evening I hosted a zoom reunion of my French class friends.
