Birthday Celebration

It is Rachelle’s birthday in a couple of days and so found an evening when everyone wasn’t busy to celebrate at Perry’s Steakhouse - everyone had some variation of steak accompanied by a good Malbec. Earlier Jamie brought round a water pump to help clear a big pool of water at the front of the house as Texas weather decided to turn the taps on all day. We were never in danger of the flooding we experienced 3 months ago but it was comforting to have the pump going. Otherwise cooler weather means more coffee being sold and grateful that the financial rigours of Covid seem to have faded as far as BG is concerned.
And also managed to fit in a recording for my audiobook podcast - Latest project ‘The Arabian Nights’
