Ceiling fan

View from my yoga mat. I have learned how to get down on the floor and back up again with my new knees. Now I can do my daily exercises on the floor instead of on my bed. In fact today as I was preparing to get down onto my yoga mat and was thinking of something else when all of a sudden I paid attention to where I was. I was lying down on the floor already, having not gone through the anxiety of how to get to the floor with the least discomfort. I take this as progress!
