Pan Mass

Cycling season is well under way in Massachusetts, and this is a common sight on week-day evenings and weekends. We live along a scenic route that's very popular with bicycle clubs throughout the Boston area, so we see many brightly dressed cyclists whizzing by -- as well as a few accidents here and there.

The roads here are narrow with very little shoulder, the cars go too fast, and the cyclists often don't ride single file, and it's led to some interesting reading in the Letters-to-the-Editor section.

Not the best panning shot I've ever done, but it was either this or the chives in my garden. You'll probably agree that there's more action going on here.
