Well we knew that our mother’s father had been mayor of the tiny town of Empire Oregon in the 50s, it was still a great adventure to find his campaign flyer among our mothers precious memories. We played for years in “the lakes” never realizing they had been part of his dream and his platform. So many meaningful things keep popping up that we wish we could ask grammapat more about. But the discovery process is still a delightful one!
