The King (with The King's Mother) enjoyed his first trip to an art gallery (Nottingham Contemporary); then acting as the mad scientist at Coco Tang's with the drinks and various items of Vietnamese food.

In particular he was transfixed by this heavily atmospheric video and soundscape in an otherwise completely dark room for it's full 12 mins. Ditto the barman making cocktails (above).

Mental Wellbeing
His mum's been signed off work by her GP (doctor) for a few weeks for anxiety, much to my relief. In part because of The King's constant tantrums, refusing to go to bed etc. He went to bed much better today, so let's hope he'll continue to improve too.

Rugby
Our son's resting his sprained ankle for a few weeks, so was serving at the club bar today. Another win, but made very hard work of it.
